Dubai, UAE. Emirate Ajman set a new world record - locals prepared iftar the longest dish in the world with porridge-harisa. The length of the wheat and chicken dishes, one of the most popular during the holy month of Ramadan, is 16 meters, width - 2.3 meters.
The dish was prepared by 3 thousand people working in different departments of the local municipality and public organizations. Harisa from the general table was divided into 800 iftar, which were distributed to the needy. Preparation for the record, as reported in the municipality, took 10 days.
