Now you can take a selfie against the backdrop of Dubai without leaving the airport

At Dubai Airport, a virtual city for transit passengers has appeared.

Dubai, UAE. At Dubai International Airport (Lounge B, Terminal 3), a virtual Dubai has appeared that invites transit passengers to take a walk.

Thanks to the 3D-graphics, passengers who cannot leave the transit zone can plunge into the life and atmosphere of the emirate for several hours: for example, take a selfie at the observation deck of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, make a desert safari or visit the old city.

Passengers will even be given the opportunity to note on social networks a visit to the sights of Dubai, despite the fact that it was just virtual.

The list of entertainment will be supplemented over the next 46 weeks. In particular, it is noted that the virtual city will appear in other terminals of the airport.

It is worth recalling that Dubai International Airport is officially recognized as the busiest air hub in the world: in 2018, it served 89.1 million passengers. Flights from the terminal go to more than 220 destinations.
