The new Laguna Waterpark will open its doors on the newly opened La Mer Beach in May.
Dubai, UAE. The new Laguna Waterpark opens in Dubai on La Mer Beach in May. The park consists of four separate zones: for surfing, for relaxation, for children and for water slides. It is designed in the style of La Boca, a quarter of Buenos Aires.
There are six main attractions in the water park: WaveOz 180 FloRider surf club; a tower with five water slides (under the names Manta, Constrictor, Loop, Aquadrop Freefall and Mad Racer); SplashPad zone for children under four years old, Aqua Play zone for children over five years old, a huge Tipping Bucket that pours 3800 liters on guests, and a lazy river 200 meters long.
A day ticket to the park will cost only 99 dirhams for residents of the UAE. It will be open from 10.00 to sunset on weekdays and until 22.00 - on Thursdays and Fridays.
