UAE agreed on visa-free regime with Tajikistan

Citizens of the United Arab Emirates received the right to visa-free entry to Tajikistan.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has announced that UAE citizens holding diplomatic, private and regular passports can travel visa-free to the Republic of Tajikistan.

Ahmed Elham Al-Daheri, an assistant to the deputy minister for consular affairs, said the ministry has received a diplomatic memorandum from the Tajik foreign ministry, which details the government’s decision to grant visas for UAE citizens upon arrival in Tajikistan.

He added that this step reflects the development of bilateral relations between the UAE and Tajikistan and contributes to their strengthening, as well as the opening of new points of growth in tourism and trade between the two friendly countries.
