Etihad Airways has been receiving these awards for the third year in a row - this once again confirms the high quality of service in premium classes and the airline's leading position in the luxury transportation segment. The 2012 Skytrax World Airline Awards, one of the most respected in the industry, took place during the Farnborough International Air Show.
Skytrax rating noted a five-star restaurant service in Diamond First salons and a new position - a personal chef who prepares dishes in accordance with the individual preferences of each guest. Along with the on-board chefs in the Diamond First class, Pearl Business has personal food and drink managers who also contribute to the creation of the menu.
