The best verandas of the city

The summer of Dubai is over, which means you can finally say goodbye to cramped air-conditioned rooms and go out into the open air. We went around the whole city and compiled a list of the best open verandas.

Treehouse Taj Dubai

The Treehouse Lounge Bar is a cozy place hidden in the Taj Dubai Hotel in the Business Bay area. People stop by for a light dinner and cocktails to go on to a nightclub or for a walk around Downtown. The restaurant is like a house turned inside out: luxurious surroundings, lush furniture and no less lush trees. In summer, the open veranda was covered with white cloth, and the "tent" willingly received guests for the generous Iftar Ramadan. And since September, Treehouse has turned into one of the most comfortable verandas of the city. It is pleasant to sit in a secluded garden so close to Bourges Khalifa. The Mediterranean menu will not let you get bored (we especially recommend shrimps in truffle sauce), and creative mixologists will surprise you with drinks decorated with smoke and steam. And all this is accompanied by pleasant house music, which seems to promise that the party is about to begin at the bar.

Fish beach taverna

If you have ever rested in Greece or Turkey, Fish Beach will remind you of the Aegean: idleness on the beach, fresh fish and seafood, olive oil and fresh salads. And after sunset, the lights hanging on the trees begin to reflect in the water, and on the veranda it becomes even more comfortable. While you are reading the menu, you can take crisp bread from a basket, olives and tomatoes. And then order a cold or hot appetizer, fresh fish or roast. Fish Beach specializes in Aegean cuisine (Greek and Turkish).

LookUp Rooftop Bar

If you find yourself in the City Walk quarter and are looking for a place to dine, we recommend heading to LookUp Bar. The menu here is so long and seductive that it will be difficult to choose one thing. The stylish, urban and vibrant rooftop bar of La Ville Hotel & Suites is the attraction of Dubai's trendy audience. Here you can meet interesting people and enjoy the view of Downtown skyscrapers with sparkling Bourges Khalifa.

NOIR

Noir is a bar, restaurant, and lounge. Films of Italian neorealism come to mind when you look at the interior: chairs similar to thrones, gold panels and mirrors, hanging chandeliers, fur and velvet ... You will not find anything like this in Dubai, either in decor or in concept. The bar is located both inside and outside, but from the open terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the whole of Dubai, and you can admire the starry sky (well, or see the sunset off). The cocktail card is not bad; Ladies Night takes place on Tuesdays. The audience at Noir gathers differently, but the tables are arranged so that you feel privacy, because you are not in full view of everyone. The music is very atmospheric. If after shopping at the Mall of the Emirates you stop by for a bite to eat, then instantly relax. But it's better to come here with friends on Thursday or Friday before heading to the clubs. There is also a VIP Blue Room cigar room.

Armani amal

This trendy Indian restaurant has already collected many awards. Home-made food has given way to haute cuisine, but chefs still use traditional ingredients in their curries. The interior is decorated with arched vaults and an open kitchen, while the terrace offers magnificent views of the dancing fountains and the skyscraper Bourj Khalifa.

Level 43 Sky Lounge

As you might guess, the restaurant is located on the 43rd floor of Four Points by Sheraton (not far from the World Trade Center). The place is famous for its sophisticated audience, so the atmosphere here is a little stricter than in other places on our list. But the prices for a glass of wine start at just 45 dirhams.

Tomo

Tomo is the new Raffles Dubai rooftop bar and restaurant with great city views. Reshuffles took place here - the former Chinese Red Lounge bar became part of Tomo Japanese restaurant. It is still pleasant to sit on the open terrace of the bar, so we could not pass by. One of the best places for a beautiful selfie.

VII DUBAI

The interior of the VII Dubai Lounge and Club is reminiscent of the Mad Hatter's tea party. The bar is located outdoors, but it is air-conditioned under a canopy. The club has all the space on the 7th floor of the hotel (a lot, right?), And there can easily accommodate 250 people. The cocktail card is not bad, but you will have to give at least 70 dirhams for a glass of wine.

The terrace burj al arab

The Burj Al Arab hotel has become even more luxurious with the opening of its own beach club, where everyone can go (and not just hotel guests, as it was before). On the terrace, which is called The Terrace, there is a new restaurant, two swimming pools, a beach and 32 beach bungalows. The architects strove for the terrace to repeat the shape of the building of the hotel itself, and if you look from above, it really looks like its shadow. The evening view on the coast of Dubai offers a stunning view, and you can also order hookah here.

Marina social

In recent years, many famous Michelin chefs have come to Dubai. All of them strive to occupy their niche in the restaurant scene of the city. But few people managed to do it as elegantly as Jason Atherton. Its restaurant, Contemporary British and Mediterranean Cuisine, Marina Social has hidden inside the InterContinental Dubai Marina. The interior is stylish but modest: it allows the kitchen to speak for itself. A spacious terrace overlooks the canals of Dubai Marina. It is not surprising that Marina Social was recognized as the best European restaurant of 2017.

7 elephants

The 7 Elephants Dubai Restaurant & Bar is a fresh note in the DIFC concrete jungle and is suitable for all lovers of the area. The venue is inspired by the theme of the stock exchange. The stakes are pretty high - almost the same as the tallest building in the world, which serves as the backdrop that rises behind the bar. Business people are invited to loosen their ties or drop high heels.

Li jiang

Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful terraces in the UAE. A million view, southeastern cuisine, pleasant relaxing atmosphere. However, for this you will have to go to Abu Dhabi at the Ritz Carlton Grand Canal. No matter how popular Dubai is, Abu Dhabi is still the capital of the richest of the seven emirates, whose main attraction is the white mosque of Sheikh Zayed.
