Dubai will break the "heavenly garden"

A number of futuristic projects have been approved in Dubai, including the "Garden of Heaven".

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has approved a number of projects to be undertaken by the Emirate’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

Among these projects, Heaven Garden, bike paths and promenades on Sheikh Zayed Road, Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah Beach stand out. His Highness also approved a five-year plan until 2023 for the construction of internal roads in residential areas.

Mattar Al-Thayer, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA, informed His Highness about the Heaven Garden project. It involves the construction of a new pedestrian bridge with a length of 380 meters and a height of 60 meters, covering a total area of ​​3.4 thousand square meters. meters, on top of which the garden will be broken. It promises to be a new tourist attraction. A similar project has already been implemented in London. Here, among the flowers at a great height, there are several luxurious restaurants.

Sheikh Mohammed also familiarized himself with the details of the design of the walking area located between the metro stations of the World Trade Center and the Financial Center. 2.5 km of green area offers convenient paths for hiking and cycling. His Highness also inspected the Sunset Promenade project, a new coastal area of ​​80,000 square meters. meters connected to Jumeirah Beach Walk.

The ruler of Dubai also considered a joint RTA and Careem project to launch a network of shared bicycles at 350 stations in Dubai. The project will be the first of its kind for the region.
