The Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup kicks off in Dubai, where the Russian team will compete for the main prize.
Dubai, UAE. The Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup takes place in Dubai from November 6 to 10: the Russian team will play in the group stage with the teams of Tahiti, the USA and Iran.
The tournament, in which the strongest teams from five continents take part, will be played for the eighth time. It must be recalled that the Russian team has already won three Intercontinental Cups won in 2011, 2012, 2015.
On November 6, Mikhail Likhachev's wards will play with the Tahiti team (beginning at 18:45), November 7 - with the United States (18:45), November 8 - Iran (20:00). The two best teams from each group will reach the semifinals, and matches for places from 5th to 8th will also be played. The decisive meetings of the Intercontinental Cup will be held on November 9 and 10.
