Yogafest Yoga Festival returns to Dubai next month.
From November 15 to 17, the Dubai Internet City Amphitheater is preparing to host the traditional yoga festival.
It is reported that this year Yogafest will bring together more than 5 thousand yoga lovers from Dubai.
This time, more than 150 classes and seminars will be held from local and international experts and teachers in the field of yoga, Pilates, dance, qigong and meditation. Discussion meetings will be organized on the topics of a healthy lifestyle, nutrition and yoga philosophy.
A novelty of this festival will be the Shakti Tent platform, which will be open only for women, and the Al Jalila Foundation Tent for people with special needs. All donations from this year's festival will go to Ta'alouf, which supports families taking care of children with special needs.
A family venue will also be organized at the festival, offering children's yoga classes, activities for pregnant women, for mothers and daughters, family classes and pair yoga.
To participate in the Yogafest in Dubai, you must register online. A two-day ticket allows you to access any activity.
