Now all car owners in Dubai will be able to renew their car registration automatically.
Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the launch of an automatic vehicle registration renewal service for individuals. Previously, the service was available to companies.
"Automatic renewal of vehicle registration is part of the agency’s strategy of switching to online services. The service now extends to vehicles owned by both companies and individuals. The recipient must have an electronic wallet," said Jamal Assada, director of vehicle licensing in the RTA.
You can use the service by logging in through the RTA website and selecting "Automatic Renewal" in the Licensing Services section.
The car owner will be required to indicate the car's license plate number required for automatic renewal. You can renew your registration 90 days before the deadline.
The portal visitor can also indicate the maximum amount allowed to pay fines through an electronic wallet, check the email address, select the method of delivery of a new registration card, fill in all the information and confirm the subscription to the service.
