Dubai, UAE. The Islamic holiday of Eid al-Adha is likely to fall on Wednesday, August 22, the Sharjah Space and Astronomy Research Center said. In this case, Arafat Day will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 21.
If these forecasts are confirmed, then UAE residents can count on a five-day weekend starting on August 21. It all depends on the decision of the moon, however, tickets for flights for these dates have already risen significantly in price.
