Two people lost in the mountains of the emirate of Sharjah were found by the rescue services in 13 hours.
In the UAE, two men were rescued after spending 13 hours in the mountains between the Nahwa and Chees districts in the emirate of Sharjah.
Dubai police in coordination with Sharjah police on Saturday, November 24, were able to detect and rescue lost men, the Dubai police said.
Sharjah police spokesman said the men themselves were able to call the rescue team.
"They were lost on rough terrain and could not get out in the dark. They were found after a 13-hour search at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday," he said.
The battery on the phones of the lost ones has ended, due to which the rescue teams could not find people at night.
According to police, the men were not injured.
