During the fitness challenge in Dubai, 15 world records were broken in a month.
Guinness World Records recorded 15 world records during a 30-day fitness challenge in Dubai. Good results have been achieved by both ordinary residents of Dubai and government departments. Only Dubai police broke three records.
Most of the records were at the Guinness World Records Live! Events, which took place in two stages.
“Guinness World Records Live! Events was first launched right here in the heart of Dubai, in the Global Village,” said Layla Issa, marketing manager for Guinness World Records.
Here are a few records that Dubai managed to set:
- The heaviest aircraft, which one team stretched for 100 m
- The largest number of people simultaneously performing burpies
- The biggest wheelchair race
- Most jumps in 30 seconds
- Fastest sorting of 30 color balls with one hand
- The most aerobic exercise in 30 seconds
