From February 24 to 27, in Moscow, in the Gostiny Dvor, the traditional 12th international real estate exhibition "DOMEXPO" was held
The exhibition is organized by the Russian exhibition company Expodesign, the Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR) and the Moscow Association - the Guild of Realtors (MAGR).
According to estimates by the independent audit company RussCom IT Systems, DOMEXPO was visited by 16 thousand people.
174 companies took part in the exhibition, 48 of which (within the framework of the "Foreign Real Estate Street" project) presented real estate in countries such as Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Ukraine, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Montenegro, Australia, Bulgaria , USA, Switzerland.
The following company proposals were presented: sale of apartments in new buildings (Moscow, Moscow region, other regions of Russia); operations in the secondary market (purchase, sale, rental, exchange, resettlement); commercial real estate (offices, warehouses, shops, industrial real estate, business centers); real estate operations in other countries of the world (sale, rental, investment); elite real estate; country houses; land; mortgage loans; housing subsidies; insurance, repair and decoration; legal services in real estate transactions.
Every day at the exhibition in two conference halls seminars, round tables for specialists organized by the RGR and IAGR, as well as seminars for visitors organized by leading experts of the largest real estate, development companies, banks and companies engaged in mortgage lending were held.
According to preliminary reviews, we can conclude that the exhibition was a success. Many participants of the current DOMEXPO have already confirmed their participation in the next exhibition and booked larger stands.
