Camel milk chocolate launches in UAE

In the fall of this year, the UAE's confectionery market replenished with another novelty - the world's first camel milk chocolate. This delicacy is the result of a joint two-year work of the Dubai company Al Nassma Chocolate LLC and a team of international experts.

Professionals from Austria and Germany joined the creation of the sweet delicacy, one of them was Martin Van Almsik, a sweet lover and former manager of the most famous German Chocolate Museum in Cologne.

“Al Nassma Chocolate is a unique product that embodies the spirit of Arabia and Dubai,” said Martin Van Almsik, general manager of the brand. “This is the first chocolate in the world whose main ingredient is camel milk.”

Arabic chocolate was named Al Nassma, in honor of the seasonal wind bringing freshness to the people of the desert. The range of branded chocolate includes five types that will appeal to even the most demanding consumers: “Arabia” with the aroma of local spices, “Dates” with dates, “Macadamia Nut - Orange” with Australian walnut and orange, “Cocoa 70%” - dark chocolate high in cocoa and Whole Milk - milk chocolate. Chocolate bars are available in two sizes - 130 and 730 grams.
