The 10th anniversary international exhibition-forum "Real Estate-2008" was held from October 16 to October 18, 2008 in the capital of Ukraine, at the International Exhibition Center at the address: Kiev, Brovarsky ave. 15. Projects from 17 countries of the world: Europe, America, Asia, Africa, including Ukrainian real estate and real estate in Spain, Bulgaria, Turkey, Cyprus, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland. Germany, France, Great Britain, Egypt, Panama, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, Croatia, Monaco, Austria, USA and other parts of the world. Ukrainian real estate was represented by projects and consultants from Kiev and the region, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkov, Yevpatoriya, Ternopol, Odessa, Sevastopol, Sudak, Simferopol, Feodosia, Yalta and other cities.
Among the participants of the exhibition and forum were representatives of land market institutions and the construction sector, representatives of construction, investment, financial, legal, consulting, real estate companies, leading real estate experts, developers, consultants and analysts, and representatives of the press.
Almost all segments of residential, commercial, suburban and resort real estate, as well as Ukrainian and foreign credit programs, legal services of the real estate market were offered by more than 100 participating companies. The exhibition was also attended by leading Ukrainian and foreign media: representatives of the business and specialized press, Internet portals, six television channels.

On October 17, as part of the business program of the 10th specialized exhibition-forum "Real Estate-2008", an open forum "Real Estate. Financing. Perspective - 2008" was held.
The discussion program included current reports by representatives of Ukrainian government agencies and professional associations, foreign companies from Switzerland, Germany, Russia, Ukrainian metropolitan and regional companies.
Among the main topics of the reports were:
- Features of the application of land legislation. Analysis and pricing. The procedure for acquiring a land plot free of structures and land under the property;
- Problems of the development of the primary market. Actual issues of related markets: mortgage, construction, etc .;

In the next exhibition season in February 2009, the 11th exhibition-forum "Real Estate" plans to make the events even more interesting in terms of changing working conditions in the real estate market and its adaptation to new periods.
