A chef from Belgium will hold a two-day culinary feast at Burj Khalifa in Dubai

The “First Chef of Belgium”, Laude de Ruver, arrives at At.mosphere, Burj Khalifa in Dubai, to cook 12 world cuisines over two days.

The famous Belgian chef, Lode de Ruver, from Fleur de Lin restaurant, on May 18 and 19, 2017, will demonstrate an exquisite multicultural menu to the restaurant guests in the At.mosphere kitchen in Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

Transferring his 15 years of culinary experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium and the Netherlands, Chef Lode will create an inspiring menu with seasonal products and premium ingredients from 12 different countries.

Dishes presented in the special menu of the restaurant will become a real celebration of tastes and shapes. Chef Lode's dishes will be processed using some special ingredients and manipulations to offer the taste of Belgium to culinary experts in Dubai.

Chef's delicious dishes include foie gras sweets, baked chicken “oysters”, grated summer truffle, veal tartare and a wide selection of seafood specialties such as daikon cannelloni, langoustine and smoked mackerel.

Awarded the title of “First Belgian Chef 2011” at the prestigious Prosper Montagné culinary competition, Chef Lode was also named “Belgian Chef” in 2015. Having worked at some of the country's best restaurants, including the Comme Chez Soi in Brussels, awarded three Michelin stars, chef Lode opened his own restaurant, Fleur de Lin, in 2013.

From At.mosphere to Burj Khalifa, you can enjoy unrivaled views of Dubai while tasting the new flavors made by chef Laude de Ruver and an excellent assortment of drinks.

From 18:00 on May 18 and 19, the evening in the restaurant will cost 880 dirhams ($ 239.6) per person for a seven-course menu and 680 dirhams ($ 185.1) for a six-course menu
