As part of the Moscow Motion project, the grand opening of the Russian Radio in the United Arab Emirates took place.
The ideologist and leader of the project "Russian Radio - a worldwide network!" is Sergey Gennadyevich Belyansky. In the UAE, the project was presented by Infinity Star group of companies - partners of Russian Radio - Eurasia CJSC in Russia and Fujairah Media Group in the UAE.
The INFINITY STAR company aims at the formation of a favorable public opinion for Russia, the dissemination of knowledge about our country; development of international relations of Russian regions; interaction with the Russian Orthodox Church and other faiths in the promotion of the Russian language and Russian culture abroad.
As Sergey Tokarev, general director of the Russian Emirates Publishing House, said, “Russian Radio” arrived in the United Arab Emirates at the right time - today is the situation when Russian-language radio programs are in demand not only by our compatriots living in the UAE, but also by numerous "tourists coming to rest in this wonderful country. Information products that Russian Emirates are ready to present together with Russian Radio will certainly take a leading position in the local media market." The grandiose projects of Russian Radio were also widely represented at the largest media exhibition in the Middle East, “Media and Marketing Show 2009”, which took place from November 3 to 5, 2009 in Dubai. The event was honored by His Highness Sheikh Khasher bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, Director General of the Dubai Emirate’s Information Department. The project "Russian Radio - a worldwide network!" received the most flattering reviews of exhibitors and visitors.
"Russian Radio - a worldwide network!" - This is a unique project that allows residents of 20 countries to get to know each other better, understand and love Russian culture, music, learn about all the events of interest to them in Russia. Russian Radio is a music and entertainment radio, which in its broadcasting network abroad contains programs on Russian literature, art, its own program for studying the Russian language, and a host of other interesting and useful information to understand and reveal the Russian soul.
