In Dubai, the shooting of the action movie "Mission Impossible: The Phantom Protocol"

Tom Cruise and the crew of the fourth part of the espionage thriller Mission Impossible: Phantom Protocol met on November 27, 2010 with the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to celebrate the end of the filming, to thank him for the hospitality and support and a memorable gift.

In gratitude and in memory of Sheikh, the UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed, was presented with a numerator (the so-called "clapperboard") with the signatures of the crew members, which was used during the filming in Dubai. "On behalf of the entire crew, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum expressed great gratitude and appreciation for the warm welcome, kindness and generosity that were provided to her during the entire stay of the group in Dubai," the state-owned news agency WAM said. In turn, Sheikh Mohammed noted the willingness of the emirate to always support "creativity and art in all areas."
